Several members of the Participatory and Citizen Science (PaCS) Working Group are interested in pulling together a symposium for the upcoming ICCB conference in December, hopefully in person. We are hoping to highlight the ways in which citizen and participatory science projects have been used to impact conservation initiatives across the globe and at various scales, from local to global. If you are planning to go to ICCB this year and would like to include your citizen science conservation work in our symposium, please reach out to me – the deadline for symposium submissions is March 1st!
