I am writing to share an exciting job announcement at the Center for Engagement in Science and Nature at the Lab. We are hiring for a Research Associate position trained in the social sciences to support research on how people interact with birds, nature, and science as part of the Lab's large and global participant engagement efforts. We are particularly interested in finding someone who can conduct original research (including experiments) using mixed methods focused on learning in formal and informal settings, engagement in citizen science, and behavior change in a conservation context. Testing and implementing behavior change strategies is a key focus of this position.
