I am looking to go for 2 days, leaving Kigali Thursday 20 July, coming back Friday 21 July. That may suit your workshop attendance, though not sure about your flights/when you arrive?
The cost per person I'm taking off of the field trips site - it goes from $1,580 USD for one person, to $1,060 USD per person for two (and $970 pp for three, $875 pp for four). So if we could get a few people I would be happy with that.
