Hi everyone,
This is a reminder to be aware of attempts at phishing using SCB group leaders names with fake email addresses. We will never ring our members and under privacy law we never share our private contact details.
You can also help minimize these attempts by reporting phishing emails and calls as spam if they do come in. Please also make sure to always:
- Check the sender address/identity and make sure it matches the email address they usually use to email you.
- Review the information in more detail and check for mistakes/references that seem weird.
- Don't click on the links, hover your cursor over them to make sure they look legitimate first.
- Be cautious/aware of spam phone calls. We will never call you, or ask you for money, or assistance. Block and report the caller if you recognize it as spam.
