CoalitionWILD is excited to announce the seventh edition of our Global Mentorship Program!
In case you're not familiar with it yet, the Global Mentorship Program is a six-month virtual initiative designed to foster collaborative, cross-generational relationships between emerging young environmental leaders and senior conservation professionals. Our mentors and mentees often describe the program as "transformative," as it enables them to connect authentically and break down the barriers that still exist in the conservation sector for intergenerational exchanges.
This program is for:

Young conservation leaders aged 35 or younger. More information on the benefits for mentees can be found here.

Senior conservation professionals with at least 10 years of experience in a related environmental field or topic. More information on the benefits for mentors can be found here (maybe you can apply as a mentor yourself!)
The program will run from July - December 2025, and the application deadlines are Tuesday, April 29 for interested mentees and Tuesday, May 27 for interested mentors. We often find ourselves short on mentors, as we receive a significantly larger number of mentee applications, which means we can't welcome everyone into the program. As such, we encourage mentors to apply and support us in this work!
