Dear SCB and SCB North America Members,
Please see the opportunity below from the US Global Change Research Program (USGCRP):
    ---
The US Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) is undertaking the first-ever National Nature Assessment (NNA1), which takes stock of U.S. lands, waters, wildlife, biodiversity, and the benefits they provide to our economy, health, cultures, climate, and equity. The Assessment will also look ahead to how nature might change in the future and what those changes may mean for our economy and our lives. The purpose of this NNA1 youth engagement webinar is to gather the college-aged perspective on the Zero-Order Draft (chapter annotated outlines).

We are pleased to invite you to the virtual youth public engagement event on Thursday, December 12, 2024. This engagement event will increase understanding of the NNA1 and will include a combination of information sharing, question-and-answer opportunities, and breakout sessions for collaborative discussions. Youth attendees can expect a high-level overview of the NNA1 and a chance to engage with Zero-Order Draft content. Come share your thoughts on the NNA1 and topics that are most important to you. Event registration link is below.
